Incepted in 2003, this joint venture of KP Varkey & VS Builders has earned an enviable reputation by designing and building quality construction of a constant high standard and for providing buyers with value for money.

The company is an offshoot of the premier business group KP Varkey & Sons with multifarious activities. The key businesses being Jewellery, Plantations, Hotel Industry, Import & Export of Timber, Petrol pumps etc. The Group owns 9 jewellery shops and 2 luxury hotels as well as plantations. As part of extending their business empire they have now ventured out into building construction by partnering with VS Builders. Leveraging on their wide experience in business they have already carved out a success story in the building scenario of Cochin.

The company has already completed  projects Golden Heights in Elamkulam, Golden Kayaloram-Vytilla, Golden Neptune-Maradu, Golden City Nest-Kottayam and Golden Gate-Kakkanad. Currently we having four ongoing projects Golden City Centre-M.G Road,Ernakulam (Commercial Property), Golden Heaven-Kakkanad, Golden Metro-Petta,Vytilla and Golden Munnar Palace-Chithirapuram, Munnar.
